Add a gallery to showcase examples of your work.
Creating a portfolio website gives you the opportunity to showcase all the impressive work you've done. When potential clients see what you can do, they'll be convinced you're the perfect fit for the job.

To do this, we will be using Envira Gallery , which is the best WordPress gallery plugin . While you can use the “Advanced Gallery” widget on SeedProd, Envira Gallery offers you more features.

For example, it comes with "lightbox" images. This means that when someone clicks on a photo, it automatically displays the full dimensions without the need to crop or resize them. You can even add slideshows and organize your galleries into albums to better organize your work.

To get started, you'll need to install and activate the Envira Gallery plugin . For detailed instructions, follow our guide on how to install a WordPress plugin .

Once activated, go to Envira Gallery ≫ Add New in the WordPress Dashboard.

Simply name your gallery in the title bar. Then click "Browse your computer for files" to add images from your projects.

Once you have uploaded your portfolio items, scroll down and switch to the "Settings" tab.

Here you can change the number of gallery columns you want to display. Setting this to "Automatic" will automatically set the number of images that will fill each row.

If you want to change the image sizes, you can scroll to the bottom of the "Config" tab and find the "Image Size" option.

Then simply select the size that best shows off the items in your wallet.


You can also adjust the viewer image size so that it displays the original image size when someone clicks on the image.

To do this, you need to go to the “Viewer” tab and set the image size to “Original Image”.

Next, you need to scroll to the top of the page and click “Publish.”

Below the publish button, you will see a shortcode . Go ahead and copy email data the shortcode to add the gallery to our WordPress portfolio page.

Now let's go back to your portfolio page in SeedProd.

Drag the Shortcode block and drop it anywhere on the page. Then simply paste the shortcode into the Shortcode box in the sidebar menu.

If you want to preview the shortcode, click the "Preview" button at the top right of the page.

This will show you the entire page.

Check this page to see that your Embedded Content is integrated into your portfolio site.

With Envira Gallery's viewer feature, you can click on each item to see the full image.
