For me, purpose and resilience have a direct link.
The deeper your purpose when undertaking, the more resilient you will be in the face of the problems you face.
Starting a business is not easy. It requires a great deal of resilience and the ability to overcome obstacles that arise along the way.
During my talk at #GoFest, I talked about the importance of resilience and how it has been a key factor in my own journey as an entrepreneur.
Resilience is not just about overcoming challenges, but also about learning from them and growing.
Every obstacle is an opportunity to learn something new and improve. It is this mindset that allows us to keep going, even when things get tough.
At SquadS Ventures, we foster a culture of resilience. We believe that every pharmaceutical email list challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow.
This mindset has allowed us to overcome many obstacles and continue moving towards our goals.
Purpose can be a determining factor in the success or failure of a venture. A clear purpose gives us the motivation to keep going, even when things get tough. It helps us stay focused and gives us a bigger reason to keep fighting. Without a clear purpose, it's easy to give up when things get tough.
Community Building
One of the most rewarding aspects of entrepreneurship is the impact we can have on our community.
At SquadS Ventures, our goal is to empower Latin America through entrepreneurship and innovation. We believe that entrepreneurship has the power to transform communities and create opportunities for all.
During my talk at #GoFest, I talked about how our work at SquadS Ventures is having a positive impact on the community.
From creating jobs to fostering innovation, we're seeing how our work is making a difference.
This impact is what motivates us to keep going.
It gives us a bigger reason to keep fighting and reminds us why we started in the first place.
It is a source of inspiration and motivation that helps us overcome challenges and continue moving towards our goals.
Even though I was away from my children for a couple of weeks, it was worth the effort. What I experienced at the talks, as well as at Go Fest and Colombia Tech Week, was phenomenal.
Very grateful to everyone who made it possible, especially the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce who always invite me to the Go Fest.
I hope these reflections have been useful to you and inspire you to continue forward on your own journey as an entrepreneur. If you have any questions or want to share your own experiences, feel free to leave a comment or share this blog with other entrepreneurs. Go Latin America! Go entrepreneurs! Let's build together!
