A startup dedicated to demand management software

Post by asimd17 »

Imperia SCM, a startup that has developed software to meet the needs of companies in their demand, production and purchasing planning processes, has successfully closed a €300,000 investment round in which Angels, a company owned by Juan Roig, has invested.

With this operation, this startup aims to launch a new version of its product and establish itself in the national market. Imperia SCM was born in 2019, the same year in which it was promoted by the Lanzadera accelerator .

The technology company has democratized the use of supply chain management platforms by developing a cloud solution that allows companies to manage and optimize their operational planning processes.

The startup has important clients in the loan data consumer goods sector, such as Noel Alimentaria or Velarte, where the shelf life of products makes operational planning crucial to improving margins. It also has clients in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors, among others, for whom the digitalization of these processes is key.

In addition to the new version of the product, the round will allow the startup to expand its workforce to 35 people and develop a plan to position itself as a standard tool for operational planning for companies.
