Turn your customers into your second partner, the one with whom you have a list of what they like and need; how they like to buy, where, and what type of message is most attractive to them. When you know your ideal customer, you will be able to know the best place to intercept them naturally with what they are expecting.
Check social media, especially groups that specialize in your market, attend events and/or conferences related to your product or service, online forums, survey current customers. Make every effort to get a better view of your customer and know what they want and where to find it.
Have you implemented it yet? If you want new customers to know about your product linkedin database make it known to them. This doesn't mean giving away your brand to anyone, all the time. You can apply limited or expiration times to take advantage of an offer (this awakens a sense of immediacy in people), or perhaps a 2x1 strategy.
If a user who was previously attracted to your product or service but had not decided to buy it, they will be able to find the perfect moment to do so. If the product or service satisfies them and you have also made an effort to provide excellent customer service, they will most likely return delighted.
►5. Use your blog
Your blog is one of your best allies when it comes to attracting new clients: not only does it allow you to develop your profile as someone recognized in your industry, but it also helps your website to rank better in search engines by creating and publishing new content.
Posting on your blog on a regular basis allows you to take greater advantage of other channels such as social networks. Your articles may be shared in different discussion groups and forums, which undoubtedly exposes you to a larger audience of potential customers.
Always try to provide value and answer the questions your audience has. This will help you create a connection with visitors, thus increasing the likelihood of them becoming potential customers.
►6. Read complaints and claims (and turn them into actionable items)
One of the best ways to optimize processes within your company is to ask your current customers for feedback about your business. Improving customer attraction and loyalty depends largely on how optimal the service you provide is.
Complaints and claims, while they can be a difficult issue to handle, are also a great opportunity. Analyzing your users' feedback allows you to find out why a prospect is leaving your brand, gives you the opportunity to redeem yourself and, with a bit of luck, win them back.
The next time a user expresses their displeasure, don't worry: thank them for sharing their opinion and commit to providing better service. I'm sure it will help.
►7. Personalize your proposals
Not all of your customers will demand the same thing from your business, so your sales pitch cannot be generic. Each potential customer brings with them different needs, so you must be able to provide them with personalized solutions.
It is important that you focus on segmentation by sectors, needs, location, among others. The more personalized your sales pitch and the solutions you can provide as a company, the more likely you are to attract the right customer.
Now that you have a clearer idea about how to attract customers, let's move on to the next step, which is knowing which strategies to apply so that they not only feel attracted, but also decide to make a purchase.
