SMART is a scheme for setting and checking goals. Each goal should be run through this list of SMART criteria and checked to see if it meets them.
1. The goal must be specific.
Instead of “I want something,” write down the final result with all the details.
2. The goal must be measurable.
Use numbers and other hard data to make the goal measurable so you can evaluate the outcome.

“I want a community of 10,000 subscribers, business & consumer email List and these will be women from Kaliningrad aged 25–24” is a specific and measurable goal.
3. The goal must be achievable (attainable)
Set goals that you can achieve—don't set the bar too high.
"I want a community with a million subscribers, but I have a zero budget and three days to implement it" - it is clear that the goal is unattainable. It should be adjusted and made more realistic.
4. The goal must be relevant
Ask yourself why you need it. Maybe the goal needs to be reformulated or is completely unnecessary.
For example, in the West, the number of subscribers is not as significant as in Russia, because people often do not understand why they need to have many subscribers and wind them up in a short time. If the goal of a business is to attract new partners, many subscribers will not give anything. Perhaps subscribers will not help in achieving the goal, it is better to spend the money differently.
5. The goal must have a clear deadline (time bound)
Set a deadline by which you plan to achieve the goal. This motivates and does not allow you to relax.
