The General Data Protection vp financial email lists Regulation ( GDPR ) came into force on 25 May 2016 and will start to apply on 25 May 2018. The Regulation affects all data controllers and processors established in the European Union, and is very complex in terms of permission management in email marketing.

By assigning profiles we can create a simple user who can only view statistical data on campaigns, or who can only create communication pieces without accessing any section, or who can make purchases without viewing anything else, etc. Profiles are cumulative, so we can have a user with access to contacts who can also send campaigns, or a designer of pieces who can also manage contacts, and thus a multitude of options to facilitate the protection of work and data.
