Communication insights – the basis of marketing communication. Usually it is an opinion, belief, assessment, stereotype or emotion expressed linguistically.
Strategic Insights – used to build new products and services that aim to fill a market niche. At the same time, they are intended to meet needs that were previously unmet or were only partially met.
The above mentioned insignia are often used when creating marketing activities. They are used ad hoc, but also as part of a long-term strategy.

There is also a division of consumer insights depending on what they were created on. We can distinguish Insights created on the basis of:

the difficult situation the consumer finds himself in/the problem that concerns him;
Common Beliefs shared by a given target group;
new trends – lifestyle, food trends;
consumer-recognized standards of excellence for a given product category;
information from the manufacturer, expert malta telemarketing or based on knowledge obtained from research.

What are the characteristics of good consumer insight?
Discovering an insight does not mean that it will be proven or even good. If you want to determine its value, you can use the Four Rs. An insight should be:


Reality – real, true and derived from facts;
Relevance – appropriate to the problem;
Resonates – causing some reaction, influencing consumers;
Reaction – prompting to action.
In addition to the above tips, you can expand them to include other elements that are important to you, such as:

arousing emotions – makes it easier to establish relationships with the brand;
relevance – insight should be important to your customers;
popularity – insight should be understandable to a specific target group, but at the same time not too specific or too common;
directness and straightforwardness – insight must be understandable and cannot contain any ambiguities;
acceptability – insights cannot lead to excessive polemics;
credibility – insight should inspire trust.
