Lead management and scoring optimizations
1. Company Scoring
This new feature, available from the Pro subscription , allows you to assign a score to companies. A very useful new feature for those who practice Account Based Marketing .

2. Campaign Influence Insights
New for Enterprise subscribers: Influenced Contacts. In your HubSpot campaigns, these contacts are those who have interacted with elements related to a marketing campaign. Now, integrate this consolidated touchpoint into your customer journey analytics to get a more accurate picture and improve your decision-making.

HubSpot continues to refine its forms tools to maximize conversion rates while ensuring a seamless and personalized user experience.

3. Multi-step forms and conditional logic
Say goodbye to Typeform and embrace HubSpot Forms! Starting with the Starter plan, you can now break your long forms into multiple steps, making the process more digestible for users. The result: a significantly improved completion and conversion rate.

For Pro subscribers, conditional logic allows you to further ig database personalize the user experience by showing only relevant questions based on previous answers. This personalization results in higher quality data collection.

4. AI-powered spam detection
Avoid unwanted form submissions with AI-powered spam detection . Available in private beta for Pro and Enterprise subscribers, this feature automatically identifies and filters submissions with slurred language, ensuring your CRM is filled with only quality leads.
Simplifying the organization of meetings and prospecting
Sales and prospecting teams now have powerful tools to manage their appointments and transactions more efficiently.
5. Sales Assistant for Meetings and Deals
HubSpot ’s new Sales Assistant centralizes all the relevant information for your meetings: attendee profiles, related searches, and recommended preparation steps.
Plus, reps now have access to a concise, AI-generated summary of each deal that includes recent activity, potential risks, and buyer goals.
Both features are available on the Pro account, in Private Beta.

Improvements for data and sales management
HubSpot introduces tools available from Free and Starter subscriptions to improve data management and simplify sales processes .
6. Formatting Issue Correction Tools
You can now accept, reject, edit, or delete records directly from the HubSpot app. This flexibility helps maintain data integrity while making it easier to correct formatting errors.

7. Manage Individual Taxes
HubSpot now allows you to manage taxes on individual items, whether it's on the quote tool, transaction, payment links, invoices or subscriptions.
8. Billing for subscriptions
It is now possible to automatically manage recurring billing for subscriptions . This automation reduces the administrative burden and allows you to focus on higher value-added tasks.
