So it wasn't all bad! All in all, I can't complain. Three followed backlinks from good websites in my niche is nothing to belittle!
Here's one from referralrock.com. You can see that they've used niche keywords in the anchor text followed by my full (brand) name in a journalistic quote:

In my second followed backlink from referralrock.com, my website URL is linked as is followed by chinese overseas europe database a quote from my email:
haro-link-building
And here is the follow backlink I got for my maternity blog from upjourney.com, using my full (brand) name as the anchor text.
