In Worksection, you don't need to create 45 subtasks for each person. In one task, you can write down tasks, tag the necessary employees, mark the project manager with a "bell" who should see the task. The functionality is well thought out.
Was the onboarding quick?
No

At first, we used Worksection only in the digital agency. Compared to Asana, I already knew that in Worksection it is more convenient to select a responsible person, set a task, remove employees from the team, for example, if they are distracted by notifications, but they are not working on this task.
There are many features that are very different from other task managers.
Over time, the "creative" (Lions is also one of the kuwait mobile database six Twiga Ukraine agencies) realized that Worksection is convenient. We conducted an introductory training and one of the six agencies agreed to try Tax Manager on a test basis.
The first to join was our agency Media First. Then two more agencies.
Today, out of six agencies, five are connected to Worksection
We conducted several training sessions on Worksection for employees, made basic settings, and plan to connect clients to the task manager, giving them access to projects, since this is important for them.
For example, designers in projects will track the time spent on the project and the client will be able to see this information to make an hourly calculation according to the contract.
In Worksection our clients clearly see: when the task was set, how much time was allocated for it, the countdown of the time session and tracking for each individual employee. Every day the client receives a report.
