Recently, Worksection has added a Kanban board . This is another type of task, you can switch to it on the Tasks page. It looks like this:
A Kanban board is needed to:
Visualize the work
Monitor the number of tasks at each stage to see where problems arise and where the bottleneck is
Manage projects at all stages of the task life cycle.
Let's imagine that we are a company that produces and sells videos. Let's try to organize work using a Kanban board. Let's consider the process using the example of the sales department . In fact, we will use the Kanban board as a mini-CRM.
In the sales department, all leads go through oman mobile database stages from the first contact to payment and closing the deal. On the Kanban board, a filled and prepared process might look like this:
The stages are configured based on the specifics of the department. By analogy, they can be configured for any business process. In the sales department, we identified the following stages:
Tasks can be received automatically when applying on the website or created manually. This way, they end up in the Backlog, like in the Inbox. Then, as the deal moves, leads need to be transferred to the next stages until the task is fully closed.
Tags can serve as information about leads or tasks. You can specify the check size, subject, etc.
As a result, we see the sales process as a picture from above. We visually evaluate projects at all stages of production. This allows us to quickly find problem areas and control production.
For clarity, we have recorded a video for you. As an example, we took the projects "Sales" and "Production"
The video showed how:
what do projects look like on a kanban board
customize workflow stages
attach stages to a project
move tasks through stages
