We also sometimes struggle with demons that distract us from work. We have a few practical tricks for you to fight against them.
Start with yourself.
You've probably been stuck at work at some point. And yet, in this day and age of Google, it's practically impossible not to be stuck. Parents and teachers have been telling us since we were little: "If you don't know something, ask." So what's the first thing that naturally comes to mind when you can't figure something out at work? You ask a colleague. It seems like the quickest way to get information. But that's not always the case. Your colleague is busy with his work and you've just pulled him out of it.
