For example, from new-domain.com/page-1 to new-domain.com/page-2. But not from old-domain.com/page-1 to new-domain.com/page-2.

The process of implementing 301 redirects is generally quite straightforward.

Taking Yoast as an example, you click on “ SEO ” > “ Redirects ” in the WordPress sidebar.

“Redirects” selected in WordPress sidebar
From the "Redirects" page, you will configure each redirect you want to add. Select " 301 Moved Permanently " from the " Type " drop-down menu.

Next, type or paste the full (i.e. absolute) address of the "old URL" into the corresponding text box. Type the address of the new URL into the "URL" text box.

“Redirects – Yoast SEO” page
If you're not using WordPress or your site has many pages, you may need to use a more advanced method to set up bulk redirects. For example, by editing your site's .htaccess file and rewriting URLs using regular expressions (RegEx).

Once you have redirected all the relevant URLs, you now need to verify your new website.

Step 5: Verify your new website with Google Search Console
Verifying your new domain with Google vietnam telegram data Search Console (GSC) notifies Google of the domain name change.

You will need to do two things here:

Use the Google Search Console Change of Address tool .
To get started, navigate to your existing Google Search Console account .

Click on the properties drop-down menu at the top left. And choose " Add Property ".

“Add Property” button selected in Google Search Console menu.
This will take you through the GSC setup process for your new domain.

“Domain” selected in the “Select Property Type” window in Google Search Console.
