The British law firm Humphries Kerstetter is supporting Geradin Partners in its lawsuit , which is considering taking the lawsuit, which could take several years, to the UK competition court.

“This important class action will include all victims of Google’s anti-competitive conduct in the world of online advertising, who have collectively suffered losses estimated at £7bn . This includes list of 1000 cell phone numbers news outlets across the country, but also thousands of small businesses that rely on their advertising revenue,” Toby Starr, a partner at Humphries Kerstetter, told The Guardian .

While the British suit will include all those potentially affected by Google's negligent activities, the Dutch suit will require those who feel directly affected to appear in court. Both suits are being financed by companies specialising in this type of litigation.

On the old continent, Google has already been fined three times by the European Commission . The first fine, relating to the Google Shopping service, was worth 2.4 billion euros, the second, focusing on Android, reached 4.34 billion, and the last, which concerned Google's advertising business, amounted to 1.49 billion.

Across the pond, Google is potentially facing a second lawsuit from the US Department of Justice over its advertising activity.
