We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects align with the company's strategic objectives, managing resources, budgets and schedules efficiently.

Responsibilities :

Planning and Strategy: Develop and maintain detailed program plans including schedules, milestones, and required resources.
Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee multiple projects, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage human turkey telegram data and material resources needed for project execution.
Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective action when necessary.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including project teams, management, and clients, providing regular updates on project status.

Budget Management: Control the program budget, ensuring efficient financial management and reporting any significant deviations.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing programs or projects in a similar environment.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Project management certifications (PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
Management Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools and related software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
Results-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on program objectives.
