Changes in the bill after the new tolls
The new structure of the Access Rates means that there will be cio and cto email lists changes in electricity bills. If you are a Naturgy customer, you will see that new concepts appear . We summarize the changes:
The product on your bill may have changed as rates have changed.
You'll see a further breakdown , and on the first bill you receive after June 1, you may see two blocks , one for the billing period up to May 31 and another from June 1 through the end of the billing period. The second electricity block may show peak, flat and off-peak usage and the two power terms for peak and off-peak periods.
You probably had access rate 2.0A, 2.0DHA or 2.0DHS. You will now see that your new rate is 2.0TD .
On the back of your bill you will see two power levels. This is because the new structure differentiates two time periods, one corresponding to off-peak power and the other to peak power.
On the back you will see many readings , that is because now the distributor reads your consumption for the three periods: peak, flat and valley.
Energy prices (€/kWh) will change from 1 June due to regulatory changes defined by the Government.
The graph showing “Destination of invoice amount” is different to show the new regulated costs.
Now that we've updated you, let's analyze an invoice from start to finish.
