Our purpose as a company has always been to help our clients develop their businesses. Today, we see this purpose as more necessary than ever because many companies are going to experience difficult times due to the COVID-19 crisis and we want to be closer than ever to help them navigate this new scenario.
We started a few days before the state of alarm was declared in many countries, including Spain, preparing to face this situation using all the tools at our disposal and to prevent our services from being affected. At alGenio, we have always had an open mind to adapt to the environment and, now more than ever, we have done so to be fully prepared to help you maintain or transform your business.
The first thing we did was to move each of the 99 acres database computer equipment to the house so as not to have to use external work tools. We have the landline redirected to one of our team's mobile phones and it is responsible for channeling incoming calls.
To maintain our internal communication, we have 2 daily group meetings via videoconference. One first thing in the morning and one at the end of the morning. Apart from the meetings with 2 or 3 people that we have if necessary. In order not to interrupt each other when we are concentrating, we have our own notification system that we must all respect.
We are lucky to be used to working with other tools for organisation and project management, with which we distribute tasks to each other. Thanks to the effort, work, responsibility and commitment of each one of us, there is no need for a boss through whom everything has to go through. Our horizontal structure gives us great agility, eliminating bottlenecks. At this moment we notice more than ever the success of having achieved this organisation.
One of our projects that we didn't find the time to launch is our newsletter. We have finally done so now, as we see it essential to strengthen our communication with all our clients. With this we want to share everything that is relevant in times of such sudden changes like this. We have also shared the first article on our blog with the title And now, what do I do with my Digital Marketing strategy?
We want you to feel close to us as if you were working with us, or with our entire team working in your company. Together we will win the battle against the crisis that this damn bug is causing.
