Patricia Casaburi, CEO of Global Citizen Solutions (GCS), spoke to us about the two years of collaboration with CASAFARI, on the occasion of the launch of an e-book by GoldCrest Portugal . All data was collected independently, through public information provided by CASAFARI.
“The Specialised Guide to Buying Property in Portugal” was presented to the public on 16 June. This digital book was created with the aim of serving as a guide for all those interested in buying a home in Portugal. The idea was to create a comprehensive digital copy, complemented with the most detailed information on the real estate market.
CASAFARI was one of the main sources of information for the creation of this e-book.
After two years of using CASAFARI products, what is the biggest advantage you highlight about this real estate network?
CASAFARI helps my team to be even more chinese overseas africa database efficient. Clients really like the quality of the reports, as it collects all the information on the real estate offer . Because it is updated instantly, it offers reliable information on the real estate market.
To what extent did CASAFARI help in writing the e-book?
The data provided by CASAFARI helped us create some excellent maps and guides for Portugal , which are featured in the GoldenCrest e-book, making it easier to do in-depth research on the country. Using CASAFARI’s Heatmap within Market Analytics was also very helpful.
What services are most used at CASAFARI?
Obviously, the reports are a great source of information because they are very comprehensive.
CASAFARI also offers a very interesting overview, regardless of the type of search. In addition, the information on the properties is extremely complete, practically like an "x-ray".
How would you describe the real estate market after the pandemic ?
Dynamic and booming. We have detected that in some areas prices have remained stable, and in others they have increased. We highlight a strong demand for villas, and properties with outdoor areas have increased in value.
What do you think will happen in 2022 in the real estate market, nationally and internationally?
I think that properties with offices and outdoor spaces will continue to be in demand , as we have already seen since the beginning of 2020. Second-tier cities and luxury villas will continue to be a trend. With the analysis we have carried out, we have realised that there is a nomadic generation that has been investing in cities, which was not the case before.
What advice would you give to new professionals entering the real estate market?
It is important to be well informed, honest with all clients and always be well prepared for any problems that may arise.
