Martin Pavlis' family carpentry shop has been operating in Suchomasty for iran telemarketing list more than 25 years. Over the past quarter of a century, it has grown into a medium-sized company respected by architects, specializing in the production of custom-made kitchens and atypical furniture. Several dozen employees, its own production twenty minutes from Prague, and not very systematically handled marketing and PR. That was the initial state at the beginning of the summer of 2022.

Manufacturing companies underestimate marketing
In manufacturing companies that focus on technology development or personnel growth, marketing and PR often take a back seat. And it doesn't have to be just medium-sized companies like Pavlis Interiér. We encounter this quite often.
The marketing mentoring project, which lasted three months, was led by Radek Váňa. It was - unlike our other projects - mainly focused on mentoring and leading the company's team. Together, we looked for ways to strengthen the Pavlis Interiér brand , or how to build a new sub-brand. Mentoring within the Ynovate network program is a great opportunity for companies to move marketing and PR forward under the guidance of someone experienced.
Radek Váňa was chosen as a mentor because his twenty years of experience in marketing for furniture manufacturers include work for both manufacturers (for example, ahrend, Interiér Říčany , LD Seating, Loco Design...) and for design furniture retailers (Design-Um, cre8, LD Seating).
