Vitabella is a small chain of two clinical centers dedicated to aesthetics located in Chile. It is a 100% regional company and since November 2017 it is characterized by providing services with the highest standards of quality and customer service. Today we interviewed Luis Gutiérrez , Partner – Director of Vitabella Aesthetic Clinics, who told us about his experience with Callbell and how our solution has helped them improve their customer service and evolve the way they communicate today.
Below is the interview: 1) What do you do specifically in your business? It has two clinical centers dedicated to aesthetics and laser hair removal , in addition we advise doctors and health professionals to structure their projects, value and implement their positions in progress.
